What are your education and career path?
Graduated from a scientific course of study, I then took a degree in Economics & English. This led me to take a Master in International Applied Economics. I then completed my education with a Master in Marketing at ESCP-EAP.
For my last internship, I joined Yves Rocher in January 2001 as an Assistant Product Manager for the make-up line.
Then, I got a temporary contract and finally an unlimited-term contract for the same position. After 2 years, I naturally evolved to the position of Product Manager for the make-up line Luminelle.
In 2005, I became Senior Product Manager for Make-up and then for Body Care. In 2009, I took the position of Group Manager for Hair and Body Care. In 2011, I became Group Manager for Bio, Sun Care and Hair Care.
Since September 2012, I am Gifts Marketing Director. I am the manager of 6 Product Managers, 1 Graphic Designer and sometimes Interns.
The Rocher Group gave me a chance and made it possible for me to develop myself fully.
What is your daily role?
Before all our operations, we establish studies about our competitors and the trends and carry out analyses and audits on our launches. My role goes from the definition of launching plans to the management of my team for the implementation of developments.
My team and I are like “conductors” coordinating the expertise of everyone: packaging creation agency, sales department, technical services, regulatory affairs, suppliers…
