The aim of your mission is to spread the customer knowledge to the Marketing Teams: customer profile definition so as to refine our commercial offers according to actual buying behavior (segmentation according to the buying product types / to the buying channel: mail, phone, Internet, store…), tool development for commercial scoring, campaign performance analysis and recommendations.
You work on a specific geographic area: to position our product price in order to optimize the margin in value (according to the specificities of each local market); to position yourself as a statistic expert (file analysis and implementation of the related IT tools); to give support to the affiliates regarding the development of local IT application projects.
Within a Customer Intelligence Team of one Brand, you are in charge of the project implementation for the development and optimization of our customers’ demands in order to meet the commercial teams’ strategies (France & International) and multichannel sales networks’ (Mail Order, Internet and stores).
