Gifts Marketing Director
Each year, 250 products are created within our Brands. You love teamwork and sharing with other departments to turn each new product into a piece of art is what you do!
From the laboratories to the stores, from the factories to the communication department, you will be the marketing contact for each new product launch.

You are in charge of the new products development, taking part in every step of the process: market research, concept definition, creative brief, formulation development monitoring, packaging development, suppliers relations, industrial development and sales networks relations.
You are involved in the development of one or more product lines: collection plan development according to the Petit Bateau Brand strategy, development actions working closely with the style and the industrial teams, definition of sales price objectives, margins and volume forecasts calculation, collection presentation and sales pitch writing for the sales force. You are in charge of the collection reports as well as market and competitive intelligence on your product lines.
You define the gifts strategy associated to each of our promotional campaign and develop them: identification of the market trends thanks to a permanent watch on Beauty, Interior Decoration and Fashion environments, writing of the new collections concept, suppliers brief, country analysis and targeting strategy.
Within the Marketing Direction, you give support to a team of Product Managers.
You endure the management of schedules & agendas from meeting to professional travel organization.
You contribute and take part into the furtherance of current projects through the creation of PowerPoint presentations and updates of Excel documents. You are in charge of monitoring the budget in collaboration with the Control Management.
