Our Distribution Networks

The Rocher Group is characterized by the diversity and complementarity of its distribution channels: Mail Order (by mail, phone & internet), In-Store Sales and Direct Selling.

These distribution networks, developed by the Group over the years, allow over and over again to establish a direct and personalized link with all the customers.

Mail Order:

1959: Beginning of Mail Order (by mail, phone & internet)

By launching the first Botanical Beauty® Brand, sold by mail order, and by successfully exporting this new business model around the world, the Group stands as a pioneer.The customer and her satisfaction lie at the heart of the commercialization network. For each mailing, there are a theme, new products, and attractive offers and gifts, which come to round off these customer-loyalty operations.

2000: Beginning of Internet Sales.

Endowed with a unique know-how in Relationship Marketing, the Group was able to surf the Net rise so as to better inform and accompany its customers. From corporate websites to e-commerce ones, without forgetting the blogs, each Brand develops an original and adapted digital strategy, in tune with the times.

 

In-Store Sales:

1969: Opening of the first Yves Rocher store on Haussmann Boulevard, Paris.

With already more than 2000 retail stores in the cosmetics and textile markets, from Paris to Ulan Bator, from Toronto to Shanghai, the Group continues its development in France as well as internationally. It's today the most important channel in terms of turnover.

 

Direct Selling:

1987: Beginning of Direct Selling

Initiated by Stanhome, Direct Selling is carried out through home based meetings by a network of representatives. Its vocation is to demonstrate the products and share explanations in a friendly atmosphere by creating a convivial and innovative selling method. Direct Selling is developed for three of the Brands, Stanhome, Kiotis and Yves Rocher in some countries, with a network of more than 200 000 Representatives.
