HR, Legal Expert, Tax Specialist… These are positions which give a support to the Group and its employees’ activity. As experts, they accompany the teams in their daily activity.
You are responsible for Human Resources Management on your site, in line with Labor Law, Collective Labor Agreement and Company Agreements. In collaboration with the central Payroll Center, you are responsible for monitoring contracts, amendments and non-attendances. You are in charge of the recruitments, HR indicators reports and take part in cross-functional projects dealing with human development.
As a link between the direction of the site and the employees, you give your expert support to the teams for every legal or social matter.
You are responsible for the file processing and you advise all the different departments: IT, Purchasing/Production/Logistics, Finance, Laboratories… You are in charge of the drafting, the validation and the negotiation of the contracts.
You are the privileged contact of our external advisors, especially for the monitoring of potential pre-litigation and litigation with our contractors and suppliers.
You are assisting the teams, within the international affiliates and the Group Brands, with all their tax related files: tax review (pre-closure, closure and budget) for the different entities you are in charge of (tax calculation, tax return review and tax calculation rationalization), tax expense optimization, watch over the respect of tax duties (all taxes included except for custom duty).
You lead internal audits and are in charge of the training of your internal contacts by ensuring a legal and case law monitoring.
