To attract new customers and get new contracts for the Group, as well as to retain and secure the loyalty of the current customers, with the aim of increasing the company turnover, such are the objectives of the commercial team in the Rocher Group.
You are in charge of the analysis of promotional campaigns and the monitoring of the customer database in order to refine average shopping cart sales, product penetration rates… In close cooperation with the commercial campaign managers, you are actively involved in the commercial plan definition.
Reporting to your Regional Director, you coordinate the development of business in some thirty or so outlets. You support store managers in administering and managing their teams: recruitment, schedule organization, training… You are the link between the teams setting up sales and promotional operations – merchandising, POS, local promotions. You ensure the Brand image is respected.
Interface between Sales and Industry, you evaluate the potentially new products and build the sales forecasts of our sales network for mid- and long-term (Stores, Internet, Mail Order). Guaranteeing the reliability of the data you gather, you follow the evolution of the promotional offers and adapt the forecasts accordingly.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you are in charge of a team of Stanhome Representatives: management, recruitment and training. You are also involved in the implementation of the commercial policy on your geographical scope.
